PROJECT MIND AGENDA
- Ten Point Summary

1. Finding the handful of people who have consecrated themselves entirely, probably from childhood, to the proposition of material world transformation.

2. Providing them with conditions of existence that recognize the significance of their mission and their total commitment and that are also supportive of their unique spiritual and psychological needs.

3. Empowering them to engage in an effort of creative intensity ("Accelerated Thought") that is unprecedented in scientific and spiritual history by providing them with the unique support systems required for their body-minds to enter entirely into the service of holistic, scientific vision.

4. Sending the inevitable breakthroughs they will reveal into the world of science and industry.

5. Allowing the result of this new, unprecedented level of creative effort to serve as an example to inspire similar efforts among the best minds in science and, in general, facilitating the proliferation of Project Mind conditions in scientific institutions worldwide, enabling science to become holistic and world transforming in the full messianic sense.

6. Accelerating scientific breakthroughs and the converging of scientific vision to integrate the various disciplines will not only eliminate the spiritually, psychologically and socially polluting aspects of technology but will also fulfill the promise of universal blessings and abundance that science originally extended but has failed to deliver. Disease will be eliminated and life extended.

7. Unlike affluence that validates materialism and enhances the most artificial and meaningless distinctions among us, total abundance for all of humanity will have the effect of devaluating material possessions to the point that they will become worthless and even a nuisance to keep around. No more drawers, closets or vaults. Objects will be called up and recycled on the spot just as computer files and images are today. Consequently, there will be no more money, hoarding, wage slavery or material advantage to separate men and promote conflict. With the total command of matter, our physical displacement (travel) will no longer require physical conveyances. Roads, unused, will melt back into nature and urban concentrations will be totally unnecessary. Cities will become obsolete.

8. Paradoxical as it may seem, only total material abundance has the power to bring about universal, spiritual awakening. History has shown that all other modalities of influence are too feeble and/or particularistic to effect a universal awakening to truth.

9. With the bankruptcy and dissolution of the materialist paradigm, human desire, unlimited by nature, will have no choice but attach itself to those metaphysical domains where lack still prevails. This is the condition, sine qua non, for messianic revelation and the real beginning of universal, spiritual evolution. In a world where few agree on very much, universal harmony can emerge only with the blanket removal of the veil of ignorance and illusion that substantially encumbers the spirits of all men, regardless of their state of development.

10. By virtue of using the highest (vision) to address the lowest (matter), science is already engaged in the greatest challenge spirit could ever undertake. It's failing is in the weakness of its faith and the materialist fragmentation of its commitment. The prime failing of the spiritual world, where motivations are presumably purer, is the reluctance to engage the spiritual challenge that matter poses, preferring to pass around the collection plate and feed on the wages of materialism.
