  3. Sending the breakthroughs they reveal into the world of science, industry, technology and medicine.

  4. Allowing the result of this new level of scientific creativity to serve as an example for similar efforts among the best minds in science and, in general, facilitating the proliferation of these conditions in scientific institutions worldwide.
