Joining science with creativity
The Project Mind Foundation[1] , is an international humanitarian organization, created to establish the joining of science with creativity. Science and technology can be greatly accelerated through the execution of the project named "Project Mind." To accomplish this, the project will implement a scientific creative mechanism called "Accelerated Thought." PMF[2] recognizes our need for knowledge of the world around us and, more specifically, knowledge of the obscure and highly complex nature of matter that is so highly resistant to investigation. Our foundation is committed to constructing a uniquely nurturing environment for dedicated scientists who, through deep and intense creative contemplation (Accelerated Thought), will penetrate this obscurity and envision the innovations which will provide holistic solutions for the world's needs. Project Mind is a project established to join science with creativity. The cost for the establishment, construction and operation of the Project Mind facility is estimated at $30 million. It will house up to 36 scientists at any given moment along with a complement of staff concerned with their physical and psychological welfare. PMF presently[7] has founding associates[3] worldwide from varied fields and backgrounds committed to the establishment and operational success of this project. The Project Mind Foundation was founded
in 1993.

The Project Mind Foundation is establishing a unique facility for scientific creative vision in which the function of scientific creativity will be the main mechanism of scientific and technological discovery rather than instrumentation and methodology which will be used only for validation. Our earth's resources are rapidly being depleted, our environment compromised and we now find ourselves facing escalating global crises. What is needed is "Holistic Science" fueled by enhanced creativity. The results to be expected are unique breakthroughs in the fields of medicine, technology and science which will prodvide advanced, authentic environmental quality and medical cures. Science is, fundamentally, an exercise in vision. Scientific vision is a function of our inborn potential for visualization akin to "virtual reality" connecting us, through our mind with knowledge that is as yet, undiscovered. It is an enterprise that demands the very best of us intellectually. Project Mind calls for a degree of creative intensity and engagement with matter never before established," that implies total commitment to one's research. This effort (which we call Accelerated Thought) is shown, somewhat, in the literature describing the integral scientific visions of McClintock, Tesla and others. Project Mind requires a custom-designed facility for its highly specific function. Our long-term (5 years) objective is to construct a specially designed building to house Project Mind. It will be a facility designed for PM's unique function. The cost of the establishment, construction and operation for the three first, determining years is estimated at $30 Million. It will house up to three dozen candidates for Accelerated Thought at any given moment along with a complement of support and technological staff to support them. Short-Term:
Time Schedule: 2011-2013
2012-2014
2014 on
Budget Phase One: 2011-2013 Purchasing the necessary equipment and paying the personnel
producing the Documentary. Purchasing equipment and paying the personnel scouting for
the candidate scientists and technical and support specialists.
Associates tasks currently include translation work, the study of granting organizations and foundations, and surveys of scientitsts. There is also the handling of inquiries and correspondence, management of the PMF web site, the preparation of a documentary video, preparation and placement of ads, and scouting for support and technical staff and candidates for project participation. Personnel - $ 100,000
Total: $ 720,000
Projected Budget for 2112-2114:
Wages personnel - $1,000,000
Total: $ 6,000,000
Projected Budget for 2114 - 2117:
