  • Background:

    I was born in New York City and came to Israel the following year when my parents immigrated. They settled in the northern port city of Haifa and that is where they still reside. I hold dual American and Israeli citizenship.

    I excelled in my studies in school and passed the matriculation exams with success. After high school I studied in the Yeshiva of Keren B' Yavneh for five years, under the supervision of the renowned Rabbi Goldvicht z"tl. I served in the Israeli defense forces in the Givati Brigade.

    Afterwards, I studied at Mercaz Ha'ra Yeshiva in Jerusalem, under the guidance of the Gaonim Rabbi Yisraeli ztl. and Rabbi Avraham Shapira the former, Chief Rabbi of Israel, who was my mentor during my studies there. Then I studied seven years at Eretz Chemdah Kollel", where I completed my studies as a Rabbinical court judge. I successfully passed the exams for Rabbinical Ordination and received certification. Likewise, I earned qualification to serve as a Rabbi of the local council and later qualified to serve on the Rabbinical court as a judge.
